We demand that the results of the elections be reflected proportionately at all levels of staff representation, in order to achieve real collaboration within the committee, joint committees and delegations.  U4U has led strong battles in the EP, such as improving the working conditions of interpreters by reviving and giving meaning to the social dialogue with the Administration.  Respecting this social dialogue, negotiating in good time, giving meaning to everyone's work and perspectives, are the stumbling blocks of our program.
