For the second ballot of Staff Committee elections the quorum is 50% of voters
You will be able to vote from this Monday, June 5, 8:30 am until Thursday, June 15, 5:30 pm.

We are counting on you !
As you know, we have a team of candidates who are committed to a strong programme and values, that are commensurate with the conditions that every member of staff deserves and that go beyond an election campaign to fit into the duration.
2nd round of elections from June 5 to 16
We all have 29 votes !
This means that you can attribute your 29 votes either to a whole list or distribute them to several lists.
You don't have to use all your votes, but since you are voting, it makes sense to use them all.
Remember: Vote for the list that is aligned with your principles and values!
If you wish to vote for a whole list :
At the top left hand corner next to the list name, mark an "X"

If you wish to use all your votes, the quickest way is to vote for a list that has 29 candidates.
If you wish to vote for particular candidates :
You will need to put an "X" in the box next to those candidate's names.

If you run out of candidates, but you still have votes, then it would make sense to use them and give them to the other candidates from your favourite list.
You can also vote by proxy.
A staff member can vote by proxy for maximum of 2 other colleagues.
